Craig Dowsley
General Manager
Craig Dowsley is responsible for overseeing ACE’s strategic business operations, with a particular focus on strata management, franchising, and brand development. In his role, Craig leads the ongoing support and guidance of ACE’s strata management teams and ensures franchisee compliance across the national network. He is instrumental in the recruitment and onboarding of new ACE franchisees, working closely with key suppliers and partner management teams to drive the company’s national growth objectives. Craig’s leadership provides clear strategic direction for ACE’s franchise network, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service delivery within the strata sector.
With a Graduate Diploma of Arts, Media, Commercial Radio from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Craig brings over 30 years of business management experience across leading multinational brands such as Shell, McDonald’s and Michel’s Patisserie. His expertise spans retail, product and brand development, operations, marketing, and franchise general management. Craig has also operated multiple Hungry Jack’s locations as a franchisee and Director of Operations, and more recently, managed his own small businesses. His extensive background and commitment to best practice make him a valuable leader in the Australian strata management industry.

National Franchise Training Manager
Bec Simon is a seasoned Training and Development leader with extensive experience in franchising across multiple industries. Known for her strategic insight and ability to transform ideas into impactful results, she excels in designing and implementing effective training programs that drive business growth and operational excellence.
A natural collaborator and strategic thinker, Bec empowers teams, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and organisational success.
Bec’s proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, streamline processes, and deliver training that enhances compliance and service standards directly supports strata managers, committees, and residents in achieving operational efficiency and community harmony.
Vivian Chen
Franchise Relationship Manager
Vivian is involved in managing franchise agreements, providing strategic insights on business practice from legislative and operational perspectives, developing and updating procedures for franchise operations, and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing franchisees. Vivian has been employed with ACE Body Corporate Management since 2007.
Vivian holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Law, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultures and Communications and a Diploma in Business Administration. She is multilingual, with proficiency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hakka.
Kristen Riddell
National Strata Operations Manager
Kristen Riddell brings over 14 years of expertise in Owners Corporation management and more than 20 years in leadership roles. She has successfully overseen large portfolios and complex strata operations, driving improvements in compliance, risk management, and client satisfaction. Kristen is highly skilled in facilitating AGMs, managing budgets, and ensuring legislative adherence, while also excelling in staff training, engagement, and retention. Her ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver exceptional service makes her a trusted leader in the strata industry.

Administration Manager
With 17 years of experience in financial services, Mai brings a strong foundation in compliance, operations, and client service. After transitioning her career, she now serves as Administration Manager, where she supports core business functions, oversees communication channels, and ensures a consistent and professional experience for franchisees and clients.
