This autumn edition of the ACE Newsletter aims to keep you ahead of the curve, with what has happened regarding strata community living of late, and what’s to come in 2017. In various regions of the country, the demand for strata communities is growing and that’s creating a whole range of innovations and challenges that we feel you should be abreast of.
Perhaps more than anything else, what’s important to us is how we can contribute to making your communities run smoothly, and we’ve handpicked 3 articles in this edition, which will look to keep you one step ahead of a strata community issue. The strata community world is expanding rapidly, and there’s no telling what issue might come next as more and more of our neighbours in houses, ditch backyards for balconies for the first time.
This issue, we’ll be running you through things that strata communities can be doing to plan ahead for things like adding sustainable features to your properties, how to deal with bigger cars in your car parks and the household products that could be putting your community safety at risk. As we enter the colder months, it will be important for countless communities to think about how electricity can be saved heating properties and the article on sustainability will be helpful to those unsure how to balance staying warm, and saving money. But regardless of the climate, car parking and the safety of household products are important issues to review in your community.
We’re wary that a huge jump in 4 wheel drive purchases in 2016 and a poor response from the general public on unsafe product recalls could see strata communities impacted. In these situations, it’s best to be prepared with a plan for how to manage this if it arises and we hope this newsletter proves helpful.
In addition to industry news, it’s also imperative that we discuss what’s been happening in the ACE family as well.
We’re about to get a new website!
It’s been a long time in the making but we’ll soon have a fresh website for you to visit when needing the essentials, and trust us when we say there’ll be some quality content for strata communities to access. We’re very excited about what this new website will do to our overall service to you, and we’ll be in touch again when it launches.
Last but certainly not least, the upcoming holidays will provide a valuable chance to catch up with family, and at ACE, we want to wish you all a Happy Easter!
